1. How do I book a tour?
The booking process is simple:
Select your preferred service from the Tours section.
Add it to your cart.
Check my availability in the calendar provided (if you’re unsure or need a special time, feel free to contact me).
Complete the payment.
After payment, reserve your selected date in the calendar to finalize your booking
2. Is your calendar available for viewing?
Yes, my calendar is available directly on the product page for each service. You can check my availability before proceeding with your booking.
3. Can I pay in cash?
You can pay in cash; however, as a guarantee, I require you to purchase a service called "Reservation." This amount covers one hour of the tour for your group size and will be deducted from the final price.
4. Can I customize my tour?
Yes! I specialize in private, personalized tours tailored to your interests. If you’d like to customize your tour, please contact me before booking to discuss the details.
5. What languages do you offer tours in?
I offer tours in English, Polish, and Czech.
6. Are tickets to attractions included in the price?
Tickets to specific attractions (e.g., Prague Castle interiors) are not included in the standard tour price. You can add tickets as a separate option when booking.
7. What happens if the tour takes less or more time than expected?
The duration of the tour is estimated based on your chosen option, but it may vary depending on your group’s pace. If the tour takes longer than planned and you wish to continue, an additional fee may apply.
8. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, refunds are not guaranteed.
9. Do you offer group tours?
My tours are private, which means your group will have my full attention. However, I can accommodate groups of various sizes. Please check the tour descriptions for details.
10. Where will we meet for the tour?
The meeting point will be confirmed after booking. I’ll provide detailed instructions, and we can agree on a convenient location in Prague.
11. What should I bring to the tour?
Comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a bottle of water are recommended. If visiting attractions, don’t forget your tickets (if applicable) or ID for any discounted entry.
